Ms.
Nuetzel served as marketing manager to the unique acquisition,
disassembly, and move of the historic HK-1 Hercules aircraft from Long
Beach, CA to its destination in Oregon. In this front-line, leadership
capacity, she supported the successful, national competition to acquire
the historic artifact, then was responsible for all marketing and media
relations involving the unique and difficult disassembly, preparation,
shipping, and overland transportation of this huge aircraft, a
multi-million dollar project taking more than one year. The success of
this project resulted in an enormous amount of favorable media exposure
around the world and the installation of the precious artifact in a
popular new aerospace attraction in Oregon. |

During the early
feasibility analysis and planning for this new cultural institution, Ms.
Nuetzel served in a variety of key leadership roles. She supported the
early concept development, identified market positioning, and was an
author of the plan for development. Subsequently, she was contracted to
serve on an interim basis as Assistant Director to kick-start the
implementation of the project, serving in this capacity to successfully
initiate early funding, institutional organization, and design. This
project experience resulted in what is now one of the key cultural and
educational attractions in Central California. |

Ms. Nuetzel was lead
consultant on the development of a new business featuring a brand of
craft ales employing an aviation theme. Her services included market
analysis and positioning, preparation of a product business plan,
budget, and investment analysis, and brand development. She also
provided services to implementing the plan by negotiating a line of
products with a contract brewery, devising labels, creating label art,
and test marketing. This project led to a series of associated business
proposals, including the development of a plan and design of a model
Aviator Alehouse & Cafe to be located in airport and other
transportation venues. This business model is currently in business
development. |

As marketing consultant
to this new startup wine importer and distributor, Ms. Nuetzel prepared
the early feasibility analysis to market, assessed trends, defined a
viable consumer niche for penetration, and prepared the business plan
for investors. In addition, she developed the concept for branding, and
supervised all graphical art production. She is currently serving as
key consultant to this business for product selection, import licensing,
marketing, and distribution. This new business has evolved within its
initial startup budget and schedule and is poised, with licensing, to
begin import and sales in the near future. |
